Hi! I'm Kathleen.

I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety or grief. I believe each person is unique & our work together is to discover how best you can take control of your life, move forward, grow, & learn techniques to help maintain.

I am trained in EMDR including EMDR for grief as well as other modalities. As an experienced therapist, people come to me to help them find balance, change, greater awareness & a sense of control in their life.

Therapy should be a place where you feel understood and supported.

Manage Anxiety

You can feel more in control of your thoughts; your life. Learn techniques to manage the looping thoughts in your head that seem to take control of you. Teach them to shut up and sit down.

Grief & Loss

You may feel destroyed by grief and struggle to make sense of what has happened. You are searching to find comfort, joy, and a sense of control. We will look at the frames of your loss and bring them together to make sense.


You may have past trauma that you are painfully aware of, or trauma that is not in your self-awareness but is directing your feelings and actions. Or you are struggling to process through your grief. The goal of EMDR is to help you process past memories or grief and positively address them to improve your emotional health.

Walk & Talk/Forest Therapy

With Walk & Talk, you will meet with me in a local park and we sit or walk while conducting the therapy session. Getting outdoors really changes the dynamic of the session. Often being outdoors is more relaxing and is familiar, rather than being in a therapy office. Taking four walls out of the equation helps open up and feel more comfortable.
