“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
I bring a unique, personal, yet professional, experience to my work with clients. I believe each of us has the strength to move beyond what is holding us back, but sometimes a little support and guidance is needed. I am here to support, guide, help my clients find their path and direction.
My goal as a therapist is to work with you to establish a relationship built on trust and safety. I blend my approach techniques for each client in a way that will best address their needs. My approach is focused on where the client is and where they want to go; it is collaborative and incorporates family systems, cognitive-behavioral and problem-solving strategies. The integration of the mind-body-soul is explored.
Having graduated from the University of Michigan, I have over 22 years in the clinical field working with children, individuals, families, and supervising new social workers.
