Walk 'N Talk Therapy

Did you know I do Walk 'N Talk therapy? What is this you ask? Instead of sitting in my office talking to each other, we conduct our session in nature, outdoors, walking. Not a strenuous walk but rather a stimulating walk. We walk at your pace. We can walk in any weather if you choose. Generally we will walk 20 minutes out from the office, then 20 minutes back. This takes us to a nearby park where we can really get in touch with nature.
Getting outdoors stimulates our thought process, is good for the soul, allows you to see things from a different perspective. Rhythmic exercise, such as walking, can be conducive to the process of self-discovery. Being outdoors can encourage creative, deeper ways of thinking often released by mood-improving physical activity.
